Films Reviewed: 50 First Dates and Something's Gotta Give

DVD-Tails: The Airport Terminal and "H.R. Pufnstuf"

Featurette: Behind the scenes of Miracle

Regarding 50 First Dates:

Matt: A very sweet film, perfect for Valentine's Day.  Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore recapture their chemistry they displayed in The Wedding Singer.  Three stars.

Aron: A fantastic romantic comedy!  I want to see this one 50 more times!  Everyone delivered great performances.  Four stars!

Average Rating: ***1/2 (out of four)

Regarding Something's Gotta Give:

Aron: A nice film showcasing Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton.  In fact, all the performances in this film were spot on.  A true statement to its lasting power.  Three stars.

Matt: I liked it, too.  It wasn't showy nor over the top (aside from Jack Nicholson's naked bottom).  Keanu Reeves was a real surprise in a supporting role.  Three stars.

Average Rating: *** (out of ****)

DVD-Tails: Releases on DVD this week include the Airport Terminal, featuring all four Airport films.  We also discussed Sid and Marty Krofft's "H.R. Pufnstuf", featuring Jack Wild and Billie Hayes.

Featurette: Behind the scenes of Miracle, starring Kurt Russell
